As J has mentioned, the ice storm that occurred Tuesday and Wednesday has rendered Louisville into a scene from The Chronicles of Narnia. This, however, does not make it any easier to drive in. We were lucky that we have power. Over 650,000 other people are not so lucky. We also have cable and internet. Thank goodness for small favors. I was off work Tuesday and Wednesday and it was much needed. As much as I hate to drive in snow and ice, we needed that together time.
So I have now met with two photographers and one more to go for tomorrow. I am so excited about this wedding, I am jumping out of my seat. I want to be Mrs. Valentine so bad it's killing me. But I'm happy that it's less than a year.
Also for those who love yogurt or who think it's just so-so, Yoplait's new flavors are amazing. I've only had one but I have a feeling that the others are just as good. Apple Turnover Yogurt. You won't regret it.
I hope you are staying warm wherever you are. Pray that the ice and snow doesn't affect J and I too bad.
