Validation - A Short Film

Favorite Restaurant (at least for the moment)

Wild Eggs is amazing. The place only serves breakfast, brunch, and lunch but I think I'll get up early just to go there, even on a weekday. I love everything about the place from the linen napkins to the egg shaped salt and pepper shakers. Breakfast is a little expensive there but well worth the wait.

I had the Banana's Foster Waffle. I could have had this for dessert. It was a huge waffle with a scoop of vanilla bean ice cream on it. Then they poured rum sauce with caramelized bananas all over it. It was to die for. We bought a liter of their fresh squeezed orange juice. It was expensive but sooooo worth it. That was the best orange juice I have ever had. I had a side of their grits of the day with it. It was mexican grits this time. It had chorizo and peppers and it had a nice spicy kick.

J had the southern strata which wasn't his favorite. Too much bread he said but I LOVED it. I think I might get that on my next visit. It's like a breakfast bread pudding. I can't go there a lot but I will be back. Go visit it and if you are out of town, make it a place to visit when you come in. It's well worth it.

Another Dress Success!

Yes, wedding dress shopping was another success. I added another one to my choices which brings me up to a grand total of three. I'm making a decision next month however. I know I have to decide. It's definitely necessary. I went with my best friend Michelle and she found her dress. So all of my bridesmaids are taken care of except Kim because she changed her mind. But it's alright. We have to go back there anyway.

Life is pretty darn sweet at the moment :)

Wedding Update

So I have been crazy busy with our new dog and work and the wedding. Plus we're looking for a new place to live! So you can imagine we've been kinda crazy.

Not only have we booked our photographer but our caterer too. And I'm sooooo excited about this food. I'm hoping there will be some left over so we can take it home! And instead of a wedding cake, we're having Cinnabons. That's what I'm really excited about. It seems to go along with our breakfast food theme. I know right about now is when all the details start to get planned. I'm really really really excited and ready to be married. I haven't been this excited about life in a long time.

Another One Bites the Dust

So J informed me that Days of Our lives has once again had another shake up. They are firing Steve, Kayla, and Tony. What the heck is going on? It's almost like they are throwing out the old and bringing in the new. Disgusting. But on an up note, Chloe got caught cheating like we wanted. Stupid tramp. :D

We Found a Photographer!

So we've officially booked our photographer which is awesome. We decided on J Higgins Photography and we really love the style that they have and I can't wait until I see the pictures. Hope to see you there for lots of fun. Put your best face on. These pictures will last forever.
